18
holes
Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok has an 18-hole golf course situated between its two parallel runways.
Explicación
The Royal Thai Air Force Golf Course sits in the roughly 500-meter gap between Don Mueang's two runways. Golfers play while aircraft taxi, take off, and land on either side. The course has been in operation since the 1940s when Don Mueang was primarily a military airfield. Even after the airport became a major commercial hub, the golf course remained. Players must pause when aircraft cross a taxiway that bisects one of the fairways.
