6+
tonnes of force
It is physically impossible to open an aircraft door in flight because cabin pressure creates over 6 tonnes of force holding each door shut.
Пояснение
Aircraft doors are designed as plug doors that open inward before swinging outward. At cruising altitude, the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the aircraft is roughly 55 kPa. This pressure pushes on the door area with a force equivalent to several tonnes, far exceeding what any human could overcome. Even if the handle is actuated, the door simply cannot move inward against this force.
