Fiji's Nadi International Airport and Samoa's Faleolo Airport are separated by the International Date Line, meaning flights between them can arrive before they depart by calendar date.
คำอธิบาย
The International Date Line roughly follows the 180th meridian through the Pacific Ocean. When flying eastward from Fiji to Samoa, passengers cross the line and effectively go back one calendar day. A flight departing Nadi on Tuesday afternoon may land in Apia on Tuesday morning. Samoa shifted its timezone in 2011, moving from east to west of the date line.
