Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport has five terminals (A through E) connected by an automated people mover spanning 7,300 hectares.
Erläuterung
DFW's sprawling layout reflects its 1960s design philosophy of separate terminal buildings connected by an internal road and rail network. Each terminal operates semi-independently with its own access roads. The airport covers an area larger than the island of Manhattan and serves as a major hub for American Airlines. Some airports like JFK and Heathrow also have five or more terminals.
